Home Health Aide Services are able to provide to our Patients with assistance in Personal Care, and their activities of daily livings, including assistance with self administration of medication, shopping, prepare and serve meals, assistance with bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, according to the Plan of Care developed with our sign up nurse in coordination with the Patient’s physician.
Aide Services
Personal Care under the supervision of a Nurse or Therapist
Assist with bathing, dressing, hair care, Ambulation, Transfers
Prepare and serve meals, shopping
Remainder of self administration of medications, Assist with Bed Mobility
Light Housekeeping, assist with Activities of daily living.
